THE PROPERTY
- The Land size is 17 515sq meters and comprises of a Double Storey Building facing the Sea.
- In the Main building there are 22 bedrooms upstairs ensuite downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, bedrooms ensuite. In the annex 4 bedrooms ensuite.
- There is also the kitchen, the pantry, the dining room, the lounge, a tea room, an office and a smaller lounge.
- On the lower level there is a double garage and a store room. There is a chapel and sacristy which is part of the house, but also has an external entrance.
- The Conference Centre has a large meeting room and conference room with TV. There is a double length garage attached to the Centre. Staff accommodation for males and for females; and a laundry is also available.
- A small granny flat with one room and a bathroom is situated near the entrance to the property. The property is fully serviced with water, electricity, solar panels, and storm water, sewage and telecommunications services. Property is electric fenced.
- The property also has an exquisite picturesque garden. In addition, our guests also enjoy fast reliable and free internet wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity throughout the property.
